Společnost Glass HoldCo s.r.o., založená a existující podle práva České republiky, IČ: 088 43 406, se sídlem Libušina třída 863/21, Kohoutovice, 623 00 Brno, zapsaná v obchodním rejstříku vedeném Městským soudem v Praze, sp. zn. C 326307 (dále jen „Řídící osoba“)
stojí jako řídící osoba v čele koncernu skupiny TESCAN, jehož součástí jsou následující řízené osoby:
1) Glass VLNCo s.r.o., se sídlem Libušina třída 863/21, Kohoutovice, 623 00 Brno, identifikační číslo 088 65 264, zapsaná v obchodním rejstříku vedeném Krajským soudem v Brně pod spisovou značkou C 133669;
2) Glass SecurityCo s.r.o., se sídlem Libušina třída 863/21, Kohoutovice, 623 00 Brno, identifikační číslo 088 44 313, zapsaná v obchodním rejstříku vedeném Krajským soudem v Brně pod spisovou značkou C 133711; a
3) TESCAN GROUP, a.s., se sídlem Libušina třída 863/21, Kohoutovice, 623 00 Brno, identifikační číslo 177 74 713, zapsaná v obchodním rejstříku vedeném Krajským soudem v Brně pod spisovou značkou B 8821.
Popis struktury koncernu skupiny TESCAN:
– Řídící osoba je jediným společníkem společnosti Glass VLNCo s.r.o.;
– společnost Glass VLNCo s.r.o. je jediným společníkem společnosti Glass SecurityCo s.r.o.; a
– společnost Glass SecurityCo s.r.o. je jediným akcionářem společnosti TESCAN GROUP, a.s.

1) Glass VLNCo s.r.o., with its registered office at Libušina třída 863/21, Kohoutovice, 623 00 Brno, identification number 088 65 264, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno under file no. C 133669;
2) Glass SecurityCo s.r.o., with its registered office at Libušina třída 863/21, Kohoutovice, 623 00 Brno, identification number 088 44 313, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno under file no. C 133711; and
3) TESCAN GROUP, a.s., with its registered office at Libušina třída 863/21, Kohoutovice, 623 00 Brno, identification number 177 74 713, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno under file no. B 8821.
Structure of the group of entities of the TESCAN Group:
– The Controlling Entity is the sole shareholder of Glass VLNCo s.r.o.;
– Glass VLNCo s.r.o. is the sole shareholder of Glass SecurityCo s.r.o.; and
– Glass SecurityCo s.r.o. is the sole shareholder of TESCAN GROUP, a.s.
